Acerpure VORTEX KW1

There is no response when the power button is pressed

1. If indicators are off, power plug may be loose or power outage.

Ensure power is connected correctly.

2. Oil stains/water on button or hands.

Ensure hands and buttons are clean and dry.

3. Power button not pressed long enough.

Hold down power button for approx. 3 seconds.


The water shortage indicator is on

1. No water in pipe or water pressure too low.

Ensure water enters normally (indicator turns off once water enters).

2. Flow meter malfunction.

Contact professionals for repairs.

3. Water inlet valve malfunction.

Contact professionals for repairs.

There are knocking sounds during the washing process

1. Incorrect dish placement.

Rearrange dishes securely.

2. Dishes are too light or small.

Do not put dishes that are too light/small into the dishwasher.

The dishes were not cleaned properly

1. Overlapped dishes.

Refer to placement descriptions on P.9.

2. Incorrect wash mode.

Select appropriate washing process.

3. Non-dedicated detergent or wrong amount.

Use dedicated detergent in proper amount.

4. Filter not installed correctly.

Check filter installation.

5. Spray arm nozzle clogged.

Keep spray arm nozzle unclogged.

6. Spray arm stuck.

Ensure dishes do not block spray arm.

7. Tough residues.

Soak dishes and scrub first.

8. Wash process interrupted abnormally.

Run wash process again.

Dishwashing detergent not all cleaned off

1. Spray arm nozzle clogged.

Clean spray arm and run "quick" mode once.

2. Too much detergent added.

Run "quick" mode to rinse off remaining detergent; add proper amount next time.

3. Non-dedicated detergent used.

Run "quick" mode and stop using that detergent.

A large amount of water droplets remain on inner walls

1. Improper dish placement.

Refer to placement descriptions on P.9.

2. Wash process interrupted abnormally.

Ensure machine is stable and restart washing process.

There are Foams remaining in the machine

1. Too much detergent added.

Run "quick" or other mode until foams disappear.

2. Non-dedicated detergent used.

Add proper amount of dedicated detergent next time.

The dishes were not dry

1. Overlapped dishes.

Refer to placement descriptions on P.9.

2. Wash process has not ended.

Wait for 60-min drying process to finish.

3. In Fruit mode.

Fruit mode has no drying process.

There are wind blowing sounds on standby

1. Ventilation system operating.

This is normal.

Large amounts of water accumulates when not in use

1. Drain pipe installed too high.

Reinstall drain pipe at a lower position.

2. Drain pipe clogged.

Ensure drain pipe is free of blockages.

3. Water pump malfunction.
