Acerpure Pro AP972-50B

Product fails to start.
Possible Reason
The power plug may not be plugged into the outlet.

Solution
Please make sure the power is plugged into the outlet.
The buttons on the control panel do not respond.
Possible Reason
The lock function may be on.

Solution
Please press and hold the off timer button for 3 seconds to disable the lock function.
Indoor air keeps showing a red light indicator and cannot be purified.

Possible Reason
Is there too much dust or particles accumulated?
Solution
Please clean the filter of the purifier properly, orreplace the filter.

Possible Reason
Is there other debris around the product?
Solution
Please remove the sundries around the product.

Possible Reason
Is the product placed in the corner? 

Solution
Please move the product and place it elsewhere.

Is there too much ventilation?
Solution
Please place the product in a suitable indoor space for use, and avoid placing it next to a ventilated window.

Is the indoor air severely polluted?

Please ventilate the room first and then use this product.


The product is making a loud noise.
Possible Reason
Is the floor and tabletop where the product is placed uneven or unstable?
Solution
Place move the product to a flat floor or table top.
The remote control is inoperative.

Is the battery out of power?
Solution
Please replace the battery. (Battery for the remote control: CR2025.)

Is the remote control used by directly pointing it at the product?
Solution
Please change the angle and point it directly at the product.


The product cannot connect with the acerpure Life app.

Please checkwhether the value displayed on the product panel is the same PM1.0 or PM2.5 displayed on the acerpure Life app.

Solution
Please go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to update the acerpure Life app to the latest version.
