Warranty

Air Purifier、Air Circulator:

1. Description of Warranty Period:

(1) This warranty card is only applicable to the after-sales service of products sold by our company. The products that are not authorized by our company are not covered by the warranty card service.

(2) Home appliance products are provided with a one-year free warranty service with this warranty from the date of purchase. The replacement period for defective new products provided by the company is within 7 days from the date of purchase (Subject to the date of sale on the invoice or warranty).

(3) After the product has exceeded the one-year free warranty period provided by the company, if there is a need for after-sales service, the company will charge related expenses at its discretion, including logistics, outing, wages and replacement parts.

2. The information in each field of this warranty must be filled in and stamped with the distributer's seal to be valid. If the purchase date and S/N number are altered, ambiguous, or the information is incorrectly filled, this warranty is deemed invalid.

3. If you have any questions about after-sales service, please contact toll free no 1800-116-677 or email to ail.easycare@acer.com. If small appliances need to be repaired, please send them to the nearest service station authorized by our company.

4. Under the following conditions, this product will not be able to provide free services:

(1) The product has exceeded the warranty period provided by the company.

(2) Damage caused by sulfur and coastal environment.

(3) Damage caused by inconsistent voltage specifications.

(4) For improper use, modification or disassembly without following the operating instructions or machine specifications, our company does not warranty and assumes no legal responsibility.

(5) Damage or malfunction caused by natural disasters, electric shocks, insect (rat) damage, pets, etc.

(6) Damage due to exposure to sunlight, high temperature environment or various humid environments.

(7) Failure caused by the use of non-original parts, consumables, other products, equipment and accessories.

(8) Damage caused by falling due to the height difference of the ground environment, and scratches or damage to the appearance caused by collision during operation.

(9) The product is damaged by inputting/inhaling hard or sharp objects, such as glass, nails, screws, coins, etc.

(10) Appearance, accessories and consumable materials such as filters, etc.

(11) Products not sold by our company.

(12) Those who cannot show the warranty card/invoice/proof of purchase.

5. This warranty is only limited to the machine itself. If there are additional services such as delivery or installation of accessories, etc., it will be rejected or additional material service fees will be charged as the case may be.

6. The parts are still usable, but if the customer requests a new one, the parts fee will be charged according to the price list of our company.

7. The company can use new or factory reprocessed parts for product maintenance.

8. Please keep this warranty card properly and it will not be reissued.

9. The above listed items and important items in the product manual, if there is any change or supplementary description, will be subject to the latest announcement of the company website (www.acerpure.com).


Vacuum Cleaner:

1. Warranty Period:

(1) This warranty card is only applicable to the after-sales services of the products sold by our company in Taiwan. Products not affiliated with our company’s authorized dealers are not covered by the services of the warranty cards.

(2) This warranty card provides a one-year free warranty service for home appliances starting from the date of purchase. The replacement period for defective new products provided by our company is 7 days within the date of purchase.(Subject to the date of sale on the invoice or warranty card)

(3) After the product exceeds the one-year free warranty period provided by the company, the company will charge relevant costs if there is a need for after-sales services for things such as shipping, transportation, labor, and replacement parts.

2. The information in each field of the warranty card must be filled in correctly and stamped with the dealer’s stamp to be valid. If the purchase date and machine number have been changed, is unclear, or the information is filled in untruthfully, the warranty card will be invalid.

3. If you have any questions about after-sales services, please contact the customer service hotline: 0800-520-555.If you need to repair small appliances, please send them to the nearest service station authorized by the company or contact the customer service hotline for home delivery services.

4. Free services won’t be available for this product under the following conditions:

(1) The product has exceeded the warranty period provided by the company.

(2) Damage caused by sulfur and coastal environment.

(3) Damage was inflicted by using unmatching voltage specifications.

(4) Improper use (includes applying heavy pressure, fall damage, dampness, soaked in water, covered in rain, intrusion of foreign agents, loss of components), modifications or repairs done without following the operating instructions or machine specifications, the company will not provide a warranty and won’t be legally liable.

(5) The damage to the product caused by force majeure (natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, typhoons, and insect pests), external forces (scratches, falls, latch breakages, beating, ruptures, heavy blows, liquid penetration, and dampness) or other abnormal factors.

(6) Damage from exposure to sunlight, high temperatures, or various types of humidity.

(7) Failure caused by the use of non-original parts, consumables, other product equipment and accessories.

(8) Fall damage due to the height difference of the ground and the environment, scratches or damage to the appearance from collisions during operation.

(9) Product damage caused by dropping/vacuuming hard or sharp objects such as glass, nails, screws, and coins.

(10) Appearances, accessories and consumable materials such as the rechargeable battery, main brush, dust mite brush, long and flat vacuum head, 2-in-1 brush, main tube, vacuum cleaner filter.

(11) Products not sold by the company.

(12) Unable to present warranty card/invoice/proof of purchase.

5. This warranty card is only limited to the device itself. If there are additional services such as shipping or adding accessories, services will be rejected or material/service fees will be charged depending on the situation.

6. If the part is still usable and the customer requests a new one, the customer will be charged with the cost of the parts and the costs are subject to the company’s price list.

7. The company can use new or factory reprocessed parts for product maintenance.

8. Please take good care of the warrantee card as it will not be reissued.

9. Any changes or supplements for the items listed above and the important items in the product manual will be subject to the regulations in the company’s latest announcements.Detailed changes will be posted on our website (URL: acerpure.com)
