Product fails to start
Possible Reason
The power plug may not be plugged into the outlet.

Solution
Make sure the power is plugged into the outlet.
The buttons on the control panel do not respond.
Possible Reason
The lock function may be on.

Solution
Please press and hold down the purifier speed button for 3 seconds to disable the lock function.
Indoor air keeps showing a red light indicator and cannot be purified.

Possible Reason
There may be too much dust or particles accumulated in the filter.
Solution
Please clean the filter of the purifier properly, or replace the filter directly.

Possible Reason
There may be other debris around the product.
Solution
Please remove the debris around the product.

Possible Reason
The product is placed in the corner.
Solution
Please move the product and place it elsewhere.

Possible Reason
There may be too much ventilation.
Solution:
Please place the product in a suitable indoor space for use, and avoid placing it next to a ventilated window.

The indoor air may be severely polluted.
Solution:
Please ventilate the room before using this product

The product is making a loud noise
Possible Reason
The floor and tabletop where the product is placed is uneven or unstable.
Solution
Place move the product to a flat floor or table top.
The remote control cannot be operated.
Possible Reason
The battery may be dead.
Solution
Please replace the battery. (Applicable model: CR2032)

Possible Reason
The remote control may not be pointed at the product.
Solution
Please change the angle and make sure the remote control facing the receiver directly.
The product cannot connect with the acerpure Life app.

The power plug may not plugged in the outlet properly.

Please plug the power plug of this product in the outlet correctly.

The Wi-Fi (wireless router) connected to the product may not be working properly.
Solution
1. Please turn off the wireless router and switch it on again.
2. Please confirm whether the wireless router has internet connection problems.

Cannot register or operate the product from the acerpure Life app.

The Wi-Fi (wireless router) connected to the product may not be working properly.
Solution
Please place the wireless router closer to the product.

The product and acerpure Life app have different dust concentrations.
Possible Reason
They may be checking for different dust concentrations.
Solution
Please check whether the value displayed on the product panel is the same PM1.0 or PM2.5 displayed on the acerpure Life app.

The acerpure Life app may not be the latest version.
Solution
Please go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to update the acerpure Life app to the latest version.
I’m Unable to pair my Vivo mobile device(vivo Y50…etc) to the device
Possible Reason
You may need to make sure the app and the app firmware to be updated to the latest version.

Solution
To be able to pair the device with  Vivo mobile device , please make sure your app version is Android 0.7.15 or later. 
Furthermore, please make sure the device’s FW version is v0.24 or later.
If your device FW is older than v0.24 and unable to utilize the FW version with your current Vivo device, please try to use other  mobile device(except vivo) to upgrade device FW to v024 first, and then pair the Vivo mobile device with the device.
I’m not able to pair my purifier with my Wifi.
Solution
Please make sure you wifi use 2.4Ghz and the localization is enable on your smartphone and APP's permissions are OK for position and documents.
